D is the non-systematic partition of your hard drive, or you can simply right click on the shortcut desktop icon and select the “open file location”.

- “Steamapps” folder app comes with various size of games according to your installation. Transfer this folder to alternative location on your hard drive or to external media as mentioned in step 1.

- A window will open automatically where you will see the locations of all the libraries, it will contain a list of information like how many games they contain and how much storage they occupy.
- Now, right click on the directory that you can to make as your default directory. Choose the “Make default library” option from the menu.
- Well that was all with the steps. The directory you selected will now be recognized as a default installation library.
